The ReNew It program is new to Canada. While our main priority is always home ownership, we have recognized the need to help people who currently own their homes but have come upon some financial constraints. With this in mind and with our current principles of a Hand Up, Not a Hand Out, we have created a 0% financed loan to cover home repairs that are needed to maintain health and safety in the home. People who qualify for this program are much like our home owners in that they need to meet the criteria of eligibility to qualify.

2. Apply to the program.
3. Await a call from us to come and assess the project, if you have been accepted by our Family Partnering Committee.
