Our first home was built in Uxbridge and our second was build in Oshawa.
It is very exciting to announce our CentreTown project, which will see a 24 unit town house project starting in Oshawa, May 2012. This project will be a 4 year project completing one block of 4-6 town houses per year. Family Information evenings are currently being set and will be posted on our events calendar by the end of January 2012. **Please note that completing an application form DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY QUALIFY you for a home purchase. Much like pre-qualifying for a mortgage at a traditional bank, we too must ensure that our "I's" are dotted and the "T's" are crossed before we will inform you that you have qualified.
We appreciate all of your interest in our program, and it is unfortunate that we aren't able to build homes for everyone; we are in the process of securing land at the moment and will be announcing a build shortly.
